MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Aurilaya mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Aurilaya (“we,” “us,” “our”). Your use of the Service constitutes agreement to these terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, your continued use following updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to Aurilaya’s SMS/text service, you agree to receive recurring messages from and on behalf of Aurilaya through your provider to the number you provided, even if listed on Do Not Call registries. Messages may be sent via automated technology. Service messages may include updates and alerts; promotional messages may include offers and marketing campaigns.
You understand you are not required to sign up for this program to make purchases, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Participation is voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates from your provider may apply. Message frequency varies. You are solely responsible for such charges.
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to Aurilaya or using the unsubscribe link (where available). You will receive a one-time confirmation. If subscribed to other Aurilaya messaging programs, you must opt out separately from each.
We may change short codes or phone numbers used to operate the Service and will notify you. Messages sent to outdated numbers may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring such requests.
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must provide a valid mobile number. If you change numbers, you must re-enroll.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed or delayed delivery, errors in messages, or actions taken in reliance on the Service.
